Are Grant County Mugshots Public

The research did not locate a separate Grant County Detention Center mugshot fee schedule or a public rule stating how long a booking photo remains visible online after release.

Mugshot Removal and Expungement
A dismissal, amended charge, or expungement question should be handled through official court records, not through commercial mugshot pages. Kentucky law targets the pay-for-removal model through KRS 61.8746, but that statute is not the same as a blanket rule that every copy disappears automatically.
